phone wont charge
 

my phone wont charge when im on it & i keep hanging up on my girl...somebody help plz

ok it will charge now but once it hits 30% it stops & wont start again until its dead or soft reset, but i cant get it past 30%
stock rom version:1.03.651.3

maybe you should get it exchanged. i don't have a tp myself so i dunno. wait til others see this and see if they are having the same problems are not. but i really do suggest an exchange since this realy shouldn't happen to a ny phone!

Hmm it doesn't sound like a normal issue to me. I've had mine for a few days now and I can't say I've had any issues charging it. You could maybe try a hard reset after backing up your stuff to see if it helps. I'd recommend maybe just taking it in and exchanging it if you can though.

Take it back if you got a faluty phone they need to fix it or give you a new one. I've had zero probs with both of mine

its charging now...im thinking cuz i never let it get a full charge ive been on it since i got it but ima take it back still when they get some in stores..thanks

Yeah, when you charge a phone you always want it to get a full charge for the best abttery life, and also dont use car charges..they **** everything up :/

car chargers are fine or they wouldnt sell them... i use car chargers all the time and it doesnt **** anything up.

Batteries have a memory the 1st 5 or 6 charges you wanna charge it all the way up then let it drain till its dead

It ****ed up my old phone before ppc, guy at the store told me charging for 30 minutes at a time in the car isn't good for the battery. But then again usually the guys at the store don't really know much and are making up bs.

its the same charger as your house including the volts that can be transferred to the battery to charge.... doesnt hurt the phone at all.

ok it wont charge again but seems to happen when im on the phone already and when i plug it in it wont charge but it when connect to the computer for active sync and it wont charge when in the wall either

sounds like you messed up the pins..... you werent directly inserting a touch aka vogue or mogul aka titan usb or charger were you?

no but i did use a different usb cable then the 1 provided a regular mini usb, now i just use the 1 it comes with

is there anyway to force it to charge because it lets me sync and but it just wont charge unless im off the phone or if i do a soft reset it will charge for about 15 min then it wont until it dies of i do a soft reset

naw not that i know fo jsut go to start/settings/system/and than check out the battery and there will be a box that you can check or uncheck depending on if you want it to charge.
