I haven't used it much but it seems to run very smooth and the biggest thing I noticed was it played great in portrait view instead of landscape

Whenever i try and play this on my touch pro, its just a little picture up in the corner of my sceen. Is this supposed to work on vga devices?

i would need a vga user with the whole package to hook me up with a dump of everything in there folder on top of some other info to get it to work and happen

yes but you will be limited on channels... some require the premium subscription.
