Sprint has FINALLY released a picture mail update for their windows mobile phones (mogul,touch,ace,q9c). Go to softwarestore.sprint.com/wap from your phone's browser then free/demo then picture mail.

Using my mogul I always get a "Memory is low. Sprint Picture Mail cannot launch." message on my phone.

Thanks for the find tweety, been waiting for this.
I'm a little disappointed though that it still takes you to the web to view the pic instead of it being contained in the message itself like on the dumb phones.

Anywho, anyone hear when we will get an OFFICIAL Sprint Cup Mobile (NASCAR) app?

I know there is a hack, but it cuts off some of the screen on my Mogul.

make sure you are using a task manager so you can close out of the apps you arent using and not just minimize them like it odes when you hit the x

does anyone know how to access the online albums on the picture mail for the touch pro? i tried instaling this application on it, but it erased my original so i had to hard reset.

yeah they do but the pic mail doesnt always come through. i like how on smms you can see all your sent and recieved in history from your phone. the app on the touch pro has a send recieve option but it always says disconnected and nothing happens.

this app doesn't show sent messages but it shows received messages. and when it sends, all it says is message sending lol it has no confirmation. so it's just in good faith that it'll send! but i'm liking this more than smms because it's much faster and you can send sound clips and videos too. i've already sent a sound clip to my sister and it works! have yet to try video.:054:

Guess i will install this on my mogul before i sell it now lol. Was one of the good reasons i went ahead and got the touch pro. Smms just isnt the same as the real thing TY TY!

I had the same problem, i had my Phone at 74% and it gave me the same message.

So i uninstalled Microsoft Voice Command... which always is running in the backround, and now my phone is running at 65% and Picture mail will start now.

It has also loaded when phone was at 69%....so i guess anything below 70% and ur golden.

maybe call sprint up and make sure pic mail is on your account

or tell them that it doesnt work (if you set it up online at sprint.com) and have them reset your information and try again.

This program is great but one of the main issue that I am having is that when I get a message that includes a picture it only says, "You have a new Picture Mail!", the link is not attached. I uninstalled the program and I tested it send a picture to myself and it worked, I installed the program back again and it gave me the same "You have a new Picture Mail!", without the link attached. Is there a way were I can view my picture mail messages without having to view it from the PC, but on the phone. Is there a fix to this problem?

I think you have to click on online albums to check but im not really sure because i never really used this app

i like this alot better. works pretty fast. just one question, does this support Gif images? cause when i used someguys version the gif images didnt move when i sent them to other ppl.

I can send pics and video, but I haven't been able to view anything I recieve. I just get the pic box with the red "X" in it, and I press the view media button, and get the "this page is not available" error. Why can't I view? Please help. I am paying for this service, and I am not getting it.

Program installed but I cannot send pictures. I am not able to get the screen showing "New Picture Mail". Am I doing something wrong?

Had I not seen this on Sprint's site first and downloaded it from there, I would have found out about it from your thread here. So I just wanted to say "Thank you!" for doing so. It's all of these different types of types of things that are brought together in this collective that make this site KICK AZZ! It would be too hard for one person to do it all on their own... ...although I'm sure Dash, Ice, and the other "elite" might argue that! :056:
