Change 61 Startup Animations

I did a search for "6800 Startup Animation" and did not find anything. Can someone point me in the direction of how to change the firmware to replace the Alltel & Winmobile 6.1 startup logos & animations?

Sweet, I had seen another post after this one that mentioned the Rasca explorer that I would need and mentioning a file that has to be backed up and replaced.
