Every sprint store i call is out of stock on the touch pro and diamond were your stores out of stock like mine are?

Well there are many stores around but one just got diamonds in stock but i emailed sprint about my mogul issues and they offered me a diamond swap i acceped it then they said they cant but they can offer me 75 off the phone and 150 on the account i denied it but i called them and this guy said go in and show sprint the emails about the phone and they can give me a diamond but im wondering if there goin to give it to me what would you do if they dont?

I stopped by Best Buy yesterday, but they were too busy to wait on me. So I grabbed a phone sales ad and left. The ad showed the Touch Pro under the Sprint carrier section.

I then went down the road to a Sprint store, where a salesperson showed me the phone, but then told me they were not allowed to sell it for another few days. Then I took a deep breath and showed him a printout listing the in-store release date of Nov. 2nd... ...and I ended up walking out with my new Touch Pro!!! WOO-HOO!

I think i gotta deal because i was emailing sprint and they said they can swap my mogul for a diamond for free but once i accepted the offer they said they cant do it and i called sprint and they told me to take the emails to the store and they will give me the device but once i called the sprint store they said they probaly cant swap but i still can bring the emails in so they can take a look but i dont wanna waist gas goin there for nothing so what would you suggest?

i would print them out and be like look this is fraud since i was promised one thing by the company and got it in writing and now you are backing out. than tell them that you want this taken care of and you want what you were promised by the company or you will be calling the BBB (better business bureau) and that will get almost all of the employees at sprint moving since we are supposed to do almost anything that it takes to avoid people calling the BBB.

yeah ppcgeeks jumps to a lot of conclusions on people..... they have done it to me multiple times....... thats why i always tell them no when they ask me if i want a staff position over there.

overall they are pretty good but the questions there are always repeated all the time....... so you have to syphon through around 200 threads that have been double posted every couple hours..... and yes threads not posts. they need more staff that can help out.

Ok leaving the sprint store as i speek and the lady there pissed me off she said that it would be against there policies or some shit because they said they were goin to give me the diamond for my mogul through email and the emails dident mean crap but she said the person i talked to in the emails are supposed to give me the phone and i go through them but they wont give me the phone so now im ticked what would you suggest?

I ordered mine from Sprint. I called and they sent it. Best Buy's have the Pro as well.:whisper:

I'm not sure if all these work anymore. In the distant past I called corporate headquarters and asked to speak to the CEO. He has about 25 people who you will be sent to just so he doesn't have to talk to you. They all have the magic buttons for making a customer happy and they do know how to use it.

They work great and i just got off the phone with someone from corparate hq and we were talking for a while and he told me to call htc about my issues and that was dumb because they were no freaking help so i gave him a call back and he said he was going to have his supervisor give me a call back and i forwarded the emails to him about them saying i can swap my phone with a diamond for free so i hope they will call back with good news
