s2u2 freezes

My unlock screen on s2u2 will sometimes freeze when the phone wakes... the wallpaper will show up distorted and the slide switch will show up out of position. sliding my finger across every which way won't unlock the screen. the only way i can get it to unlock is to out the stylus out (i have it set that way). Has anyone else had this problem on their touch diamond/pro? I did change the wallpaper from stock to a comparably sized jpg file in the gfx folder,... I wonder if that might anything to do with it?

vga it is a touch pro...... and switch the setting and see what that does for you...... there is a plastic piece as well as the magnet to hold the stylus in. when the plastic tab is triggered that unlocks your phone not the magnet. so basically take that feature out and you will be golden ::>

I want to leave the setting to unlock when the stylus is pulled out... It's the only way to unlock when the s2u2 freezes (other than a soft reset). What I'm to figure out and avoid is the freeze scenario. Any insight would be appreciated...
