well its based on his other builds and this is the newest improvements to it

Build 188 for the Touch Pro is out, it features 20931, AKU 1.5.0 – which includes among other things, an improved Internet Explorer and fixed text messaging. The XIP section has been compacted and drwatson has been disabled.

Ok, the new version of the Raphael_C nueROM-S, build 184 is up.

I don’t have a comprehensive changelog, but both roms have the flashing icons fixed, xip compaction, drwatson+kernel signing disabled, and a modified battery driver that supports FastCharge. A warning about FastCharge:

FastCharge forces your device to draw the maximum available power for charging, up to 900mA. USB Ports are typically rated for 500mA, so the device limits the charge rate if you are connected to a USB port. FastCharge OVERRIDES this safety feature, and may cause irreversible damage to your device or computer. The usual disclaimers apply, I will not be held responsible for any damage FastCharge or nueROM may cause.

There currently isn’t a UI to enable FastCharge, so you’ll have to manually perform this regedit (it is disabled by default):

”FastCharge”=dword:1

If you use this battery driver in your own ROM, please default FastCharge to 0, since it may damage the USB port of some computers.

besides that there doesn't seem to be much more released

as anyone tested this and hows speed and battery life and is it better than juicys rom?

I was running it on my pro for a little and it was pretty good. Prolly one of the better ones ou for the pro right now. Im currently beta testing Big Jews pro rom so I dont have this installed anymore. Im not sure how this rates on diamond roms since theres been alot more work done for that phone since its been out longer. But I can tell you its worth a download and a try.
