The Last Cab in Touch Diamond 2D Interface Wont install

In the updated 20 version the m2d cab wont install for me it says tht it doesnt have system permission. Ive installed all the othr cabs...whts wrong? Wht can I do?

thread closed ask in the original apps thread...... is there a reason to make
a new one when we already have that one?
