ok you have a data package right like for 15 bucks or somewhere round that unless your doing gps.... all you have to do is tell them all you want is what is included in the data package and you dont want sprint tv. if you have to deal with it make sure they add that to your notes about the sprint tv being added because when you want something in the future you can tell retentions that they changed your account without your permission so they voided their end of the deal and in return you will be able to get whatever you want if you stay with them.... so really your coming out jsut losing your time right now sicne you got a refund.... so be happy and remember to use it when you want to upgrade to a new handset or need a problem solved :>
