all youre supposed to do it put the .tsk file into the windows folder on the device and then go to settings and change to that theme correct? i did this and the background picture wont show up. The mogul is the QVGA right?

then idk what the problem is. i did what dash said. the soft button bar and start menu bar change to grey but thats it. i seem to be having problems every step of the way...haha. im really computer savvy so idk
