Tired of My Touch Having Problems
 

So I'm on my second Touch, and im tired of all the errors, locking up, dropped calls, etc. I would like to send an email to Sprint to get a Diamond free of charge, and not have to send in my Touch b/c I'm a college student and it's my only phone. Anybody want to help me out and give me some suggestions as what I should say (true or not true) so I can get a free upgrade?

site rite now or any current product listing theyre not even promotingthe touch anymore and before that it was down to fifty bucksbut its pretty obvious that they are phasing that phone out and the diamonds going for twofifty w\ a new contract after rebates and retail is about five fiftbut still it cant hurt to try, call the retentuons dept and see what you can work iut maybe theyll swap it for a mogul since theyre getin old if so mention how the mogul is still goin for the same value as diamo or play off the competition tell them tmobile will buy out ur contract and hook u up with a g1 or something, and if that diest work try keep tryin till u find something that does work and let us know how it goesd

just speak it bro tell them its messed up with the phones not working for you and you would like to try something comparable free of charge for all the troubles that you have had to put up with...... and didnt you see the other threads on this??? there are so many and its the same thing over and over again..... but anyways hope it goes well for you and be sure to keep us updated on the status.

I had issues with a phone a few years back while on Sprint. I got nowhere with the regular CSR so I spoke with the Retentions department. They helped me more than you could possibly imagine. I had similar problems with my Treo 600 and they replaced it twice and those were duds as well. So after speaking with the Retentions department I had a new Treo 650 (was just released) the next day free of charge.

As long as you have a legitimate problem they will help you. If it just looks like your trying to get a free upgrade they will see right through it and not help you out. Regardless of threatening to leave Sprint for another carrier. Just make sure all your calls to Sprint complaining about your phone are documented so when you call the Retentions department they can see this and help you.

i'm working on WDM's M2D v1.6 Rom & its pretty amazing. sounds to me like u just want a new phone without having to pay for it, but if you are really wanting to "fix" your touch you should try flashing to a new rom or hard reset. i've loving this new rom

Just like everyone said... Call up Sprint or Email them and just explain your problem and whats going on and usually if you get a good rep they will help you out .. but if not then just keep calling because half the reps on Sprint are dumb as hell when trying to help...

Try another ROM too those always make the phone a lot better
