Contacts not showing up during in call

Updated to windows 6.1 on a Alltel HTC Touch, during incoming call phone number and photo picture shows up but contact name doesn't. All was well before upgrade from windows 6.0 to 6.1. Any suggest?

are you using a contacts program or unlock program on your phone?

huh just might be time for a hard reset.... i would try that and flash to a custom rom while you are at it..... you will get a lot more from your device with a custom rom on your touch aka vogue.
