about a month ago I called assurion and was going to claim my mogul for another one. My wifi never worked on this phone... well the operator told me that this will be my 3rd replacement, and my tep will be cancled after this... did any of you guys ever hear of this?!? or did this guy just want to make me mad?

yes through asurion you have a yealry limit of claims that you can ask through them....

that sucks, so if i wait till the beginning of next year, they will swap it out without canceling my tep? or is it based on when you signed the contract?

calling assurion is such a waste of time! see if you have any strint stores near you that also services phones, take your phone there! if they can fix it , its free
if they cant fix it, they replace it in store for free, you'll wait if they dont have your phone in stock, dude when i had my treo 700p i went thru 4 of them, 700wx went thru 2

the closest corporate sprint store is about 45 minutes away... and the mogul died today... rip mogulie... graw gotta deal with this razr v9 until i get a touch pro after the first of the year....

damn thats a biiiigggggg downgrade..... i couldnt live a day without a ppc and you have to go like 20 or so days....... i wish i could say i feel your pain :shameonyou:

I can feel his pain i had to use a sprint flip phone for a while and thats a bigggg downgrade from my mogul and a couple times i dident have a phone while waiting for them to send my device but never for 20 freaking days!!!
