change a color scheme

well i downloaded the shakass theme but i am wondering how to change the color of the start menu and the phone program menu....thanks

hey bro, the colors for the start menu and the program menu and all of the pop ups are built into the theme so the only way to change them is by putting a new theme on

yup hes talking about tsk themes not the TF3-D themes
