i keep getting unable to validate serial number and/ or user ID on the second time i go to use it i've tried both cabs...is there anything i should delete when i go to re-install??

i just tested the ptreregged file before a hard reset and reflash and it worked fine.

did for me too until after a soft reset then i got the same message. tried the other versions too with the code and got the same thing. By the way, all but maybe 2 or 3 of the links have been pulled down sir. If you wouldn't mind reposting it would be appreciated.

anybody have a working code for this??? i tried the preregged version and the code provided and it accesses the player but eventually i get the "cannot validate your serial" message and it quits not letting me try again...

back to 1.2.5 for now... sigh

why would i reup when some still work? the mirrors are there for that reason, that reason being that i dont want to spend all my free time reupping links...... i need to do some stuff for me and my phone too :>

in due time my friend, someons should pull through like the last version (same issue till a new working code surfaced) this is the app that im most eager to have cuz of the fixed youtube and updated codecs, but till then we have to wait.... ugh....

ill be the judge of that lol thanx man

hope this works cuz its hit or miss... and a miss means a hard reset cuz it will never let you try again even after a full uninstall and registry cleanup, it still knows that you tried to use it before and even if i use an older version the code wont stick

ugh... no

i get "incorrect serial" so its a no go. i hard resetted to test it cuz i installed it over the old version and the previous code made the app invalid so i needed to start clean to try the new code. at least i can try again cuz its not "invalid"

im gonna leave this app installed but on standby till i get another code

sigh...i guess i have work to do LOL

sorry man. foynd this app for win32 and the code worked on my pc and in the last version the same code worked for both pc and device.

alright gentlemen. i spent the entire night searching high and low and my 'site' seeing tour finally ended up in russia where i found this with nonstop working rave reviews. i tested and tedted and soft reset then tested more! and best of all, it still works!!! also mike i installed this over the previous version and it was still good to go! Give me feedback and let me know. i hope this is it for everyone.

If it fails, then: In the Application Data / CorePlayer take config.xml, open it in Notepad and search for WMPUI = "1" to change WMPUI = "0", maintain and replace the file. "

its all good man, you have no idea how many times i hard resetted this week lol
it works!!! you have made my day, i played a video, closed, played a youtube clip, closed, soft resetted, opened coreplayer and its still there woohoo!!! thanx again man
ill replace the one in the first post

EDIT: fixed the first post with the pre regged version scott just posted and i tested fully working so no need for anything else, and removed all the others unless you like headaches lol

hmm the "working pre regged" doesnt work. it installs fine, but after i installed it yesterday, i just got unable to validate serial number/or user id today.:dash2:lol funy smiley

Are you sure you downloaded the correct one. The new one was just added this morning adn there was an old one that said working pre-regged before.

Question - is this player considered better then Windows Media Player? I like that both play music and movies. I was wondering which you guys prefer and why you prefer one over the other?

while watching a movie i could seem to add it to s2u2 exceptions lists and i had to continually unlock it...so i disabled s2u2 now as i watch the movie every couple min the sound will cut off and i have to pause and unpause it to get it to work, has anybody had this problem i am using it on the touch pro could somebody give there setttings or maybe tell me what im doing wrong

Great app! don't need the registration or anything, installation is a breeze. Way better than WMP, but still a tad bit glitchy. Switching to raw frame buffer is a most and for me putting it on high quality definatly improved the video. Still needs a little tweaking but I'm sure this app will be great. Thanks a ton for this one, should be app of the month for sure.

any news on a good vga skin??? the quality looks rather poor on my new pro

in so stuck up with these things lol, ima have to look for a new set of apps now cuz things like this bother me... hahaha
