hey dash, just wanna say thank you...installed this and i definitely recommend. I only encountered one problem, when i try to click on kinoma guide, it connects and starts checking the bandwidth and then i get an activation error-invalid product registration...everything else works beautifully, especially youtube (by far the best youtube mobile player) any ideas on what could be causing the activation error?

Because in the freeplay version u don't get the guide u need to by the full version. what u can do is when you use the search option, type in kinoma guide then a folder will pop up & then save that to ur favorites.

can this program be used for the PAlm Centro?

no because the centro runs the palm os and not windows mobile.... ths why this is in the windows mobile section.

I am having a problem with this app. It installs fine, but when try to run it i get a message saying this version is not tested on my phone. Then it asks me if I would like to proceed anyways and I say yes. Then nothing happens. When I try to click on it again the message doesn't pop up again I just get a blank window. When I look in my processes it shows the Kinoma icon, but next to it it says window. I tried waiting for 5 minutes once and it still said window. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, installing to mem card and device than soft reseting, and i have tried uninstalling then soft reseting then reinstalling than soft reseting.

what rom are you running? a custom or stock? do you have a data plan on your device?

** INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS **

* Connect phone to computer

* Close Kinoma Play if open

* Browse to the /Program Files/Kinoma/Bin/ folder (mine is in the storage card)

* Copy kinoma.zip to your desktop

* RENAME THE kinoma.zip THAT REMAINS ON YOUR PHONE "Originalkinoma.zip" for safekeeping!!!
Create a copy of the kinoma.zip file on your desktop as well and rename that "ArchiveKinoma.zip" for further safekeeping.

* OPEN KINOMA.ZIP with WinRAR (do not extract, just open)

* Download my Skin file

* OPEN MY SKIN FILE WITH WINRAR and position the two WinRAR windows so you can see both

* Copy the kp5SkinsEN.xml file to Kinoma.zip/kp5/scripts

* Copy the contents of the assets folder to Kinoma.zip/kp5/scripts/assets

* Close both WinRAR windows and then copy kinoma.zip back to your phone.

* Run.

* If you have any issues, just delete the kinoma.zip file and rename the "Originalkinoma.zip" to kinoma.zip
