Touch Response (Screen vibrates when touched)
 

Here's a great program I got off of I've been using it for about a month and haven't had a single problem. I installed it to the main memory because it's so small so I'm not sure if it works when installed on the storage card. Works perfect with touchFLO 2D

This program is a touch driver to handle the touchscreen presses and vibration. TouchResponse will vibrate on touch.

A settings program exists to configure how the vibration works. Since this is a touch driver, there is no program you need to run to start it.

It has been tested on an HTC Touch and HTC Touch Pro for several days with several stability issues corrected.

Nice... I was gonna post this... but for some reson Wckediden wont let me post up aps and stuff... or i just cant figure it out... Glad someone else got around to it...

all you need to do is join the group members uploader and than you will be fine to make releases.

Its the little things like this i love......being able to customize my htc touch with such detail....im dont regret for a moment not purchasing that iphone.......nice post!

ok so i've tested every touch response out there and this is the BEST....i turned it to
-35 ms and it is F*CKIN perfect it is sooooo much responsive then the other to...some times the other apps would only work if you pressed really hard... and this one works really good with tf2d because it stops vibrating after the first initiall press, the other would keep vibrating which would get annoying...but just givin some feed back on it...really nice find bro you made my day.

nice lil app, i had it stored on my card for a while (why dnt i post it??) but i gave it a try 2day and im quite pleased with it. nice!!

hope it doesnt crap out the battery.... much

Has anyone got this working on the mogul? I've tried all of the device IDs but no luck.

you can select it to what ever you want. i personally use 35 ms and works great, if it's below 15 it wont work...

Actually bro Ive got it set at 50...what Im saying though is that I cant get it to work. The first picture in the beginning of this thread shows advanced settings that aren't the same as the settings that actually come with this app. Its something like DeviceID: 1 and in parenthesis it says if this dosent work try another device ID. It goes from 0 to 15 and Ive tried all of them with no luck. Im thinking that every phone uses different ID maybe and the mogul isnt available?

Ive got a ppc 6800 which is the mogul for alltel and it works perfect on my phone. Try re-installing and then a soft reset after. Maybe it's because you installed it to storage card? But what you said about the setting is correct, mine are the ones you said where it just sais vibrate and has a drop down box of numbers 1-15.

I just tried this on my Mogul and for some reason its not working. I installed on my device and still not working

Try uninstalling it the reinstall it to ur storage card (it should be able to work there) and then before you open the program do a soft reset. Mine started vibrating when I touched the screen to press ok that it was installed so you should be able to tell pretty quickly if it worked or not. I no it works on the mogul because about half the people who said they had it working have moguls, including me.

i would recommend insatlling it on your device and not card...this is something that will slow down your device if it is stored on hyour card, that may be the reason you had to disable touchflo....i suggest uninstalling it, soft reset, reinstall then immediately soft reseting and then you should be fiine....if it still odesn't work post back and tell me the other programs you have installed on your phone...something may be conflicting with the app.....hope this helps...:)

i installed it on my touch pro and did a soft reset but when it was coming back on it stayed at the black screen after the first splash screen..i had to eventually hard reset it..but any ideas why it happened?

cause by the looks of things this app is only for qvga devices. you will need one that you can find here for vga devices. let me get you the name or im sure someone else can get it for you sicne im drawing a blank on the name right now.
