I need HELP with the HTC Mogul 6800 internet settings

I have SlingPlayer mobile on my phone and when I try to access it, the message says:
Cannot connect with current connection settings. To change your connection settings, tap Settings.
I'm stuck right here not knowing what to do now.

I have Sling Player Solo for my Dish Network, so I should be able to use my HTC phone to work the Mobile version, oh, yeah, by the way, I have Cricket Service.
