I damaged my phone and have the insurance but they say TP is out of stock
 

I damaged my phone just before new years eve. They said the touch pro is out of stock and it would take at least ten business days before i would get it. Thursday jan. 15 will be the tenth day. I spoke to someone yesterday and they said to try calling back then and if there is still nothing then they would probably have to see about putting me into another phone. I paid too much damn money to take something else. Can anyone suggest something cuz I really dont want to down grade and I am sick and tired of this crappy flip phone that I had to borrow from my friend until mine comes in. Oh and did I mention that this stupid flip phone I am using is hot pink. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the help.

Well the pro is for sure in stock i called in this morning and ordered two new 1s and i couldent imagine them bein out of stock all ready so give them a call now before theres no more left!

well its funny cuz on the sprint website it says it is out of stock in my area. I dont know where asurion (the insurance company) gets theirs from. I spoke to sprint and they say they cant do anything for me either.

try checking out the retail stores cause i just got me one from my local sprint store and they had at least two in stock when i was there a couple days ago

Well they havent updated their website but i even got a email stating that they were in stock

I had the same problem with my Mogul.Sprint said it was on back order.It took forever to get a new one. Nothing I could do.
