im very impressed on what the celtics are doing to tell the truth.... they had one stretch where they have struggles thus far this season but almost all teams go through the same thing sometime throughout the season..... i think that the celtics will be coming out of the east and they will come out of the east ofver the cavs..... there will be a rematch with the lakers but i feel that the lakers will win it this time..... all of the above is if both teams stay healthy.

Back on topic... Im from NYC...knicks who... seriously, Boston has a great team, and theyre really kinda fresh together so I think they are just hitting their stride... i expect great things from them in coming years possibly an eastern dynasty... and id love to see a rivalry b/w them and cavs which is simple become another great team. Actually east is finally stepping up, i was greatly impressed w/ Chitown showing in playoff, i mean double and triple oT, they are hungry...just green isnt their time, but who knows...But Celtics are here, and theyll be doin it for a while... I think confrence finals will come down to them and Cav like Dash said... but... I think its The Cavs year... King James wants his crown... and to hit the finals, Im thinking Bryant versus James whichll be fun, but will cancell each other out, coming down to the better more unified team, that Being the Cavs... Clevland wins!

I don't think the Celtics can pull it off without Garnett. If he was in it and healthy, I'd put them in the finals again no question. Without that piece of the puzzle though, I just can't see it. I'll say this though, if they do somehow pull it off and get to the finals without him, it will be the achievement of the century.

i have to agree and thats coming from a celtic fan...... if garnet can make a comeback and they can get by to cleveland next round in the conference finals i think they can give the cavs a run for their money... but i feel it will be lthe lakers and the cavs in the finals with lebron getting a ring to place next to that mvp trophey and the finals mvp trophey

The Celtic's won't even get passed the Magic. With out Garrnet that team is showing they can barely win. As for the Cav's Winning the Finals I wait to see that one lol. Laker's will take care of them haha. We have no one to stop us in the West !!!!!

I'm so conflicted..i've been a boston sports fan all my life... but now im moving to New York and i'm getting all the new york influences....i cant ditch my celtics... but red sox i could switch out for yankees..still havent decided yet :/ but celtics will always be my babies

I was very happy when Paul Pierce and KG got the titles they deserved. Paul Pierce has been playing top class basketball for years and KG is Mr. MVP. I remember pulling for him and the T'Wolves over teams I liked more, just because of KG working so tirelessly. The man should be given 2 or 3 MVP awards just for those years in Limbo that was his T'Wolves career.
