Stylus On Touch Pro
 

How come my touch pro dont light up when i take my stylus out ,aint that what its suppose to do ,is there a cab out there ? Thanks Wckediden

It should take itself out of sleep mode when you take it out of there unless your phone messed up or there's a setting messed up. I personally dont kno myself (Waitin on my TP to get here) hopfully its nothing to serious tho.

yes it is... cant really say what wrong w/o more details though, did that feature ever work on your phone, what have you installed? (there maybe a conflict with some apps), All i can say w/o any futher details is, try a hard reset/clear storage, and see if it works when device is fresh (if it bothers you that much... personally i dont use the stylus to much)

take a look at the stylus hole where it goes in and you will see a metal piece in there.... when that moves it triggers the device to turn on... so make sure that isnt bent otherwise it could be an internal problem if a hard reset doesnt work either..

lol im so dumb it works yesss u just have to pull the stylus all the way out if u leave it in half way even if it clicks backlight dont turn on . What a noob i am ,thanks Wckediden

hahahah cool glad that you got it working : > and htc did the steel that triggers it at the end so the screen wouldnt turn on randomly if the stylus was just jarred in your pocket or something..... also helps with the service providers side since it is than easier to replace since they wont have to take the phone apart nearly as much.
