Need Help Xv6900 screen will not come up
 

Just got my phone yesterday, this morning it will not turn on. or at least the screen will not display. It chimes if I hit the top button and hold it the screen stays black and the send and end green and red buttons stay solid.

I have done the soft reset with the little hole at the bottom I have also removed the battery and also tried the hard reset.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm kinda pissed this is a brand new phone

sounds like the screen went or a connection for the screen came loose..... talk to your service provider and hope you had insurance since to me it sounds like you will need a new one. a hard reset should fix any troubles..... you could bring in store and they should have another one in stock :>

If it's brand new, it should still be under the thirty day warranty right, he shouldn't need the ins for that, i don't think... not sure how verizon works...
