Re: Should i switch from touch to instinct
well my sister in law has an instinct and from personal experience it is really fun to PLAY with because its an ALL touch screen phone...BUT performance wise its horrible...no modifications at all...limited games...not to mention JAVA only games....and well over all it seems like a very simple phone to me...now im not gonna say it totaly sucks and your brother shouldnt go ahead and get it..but if it were up to me id just customize my Touch to where i felt i have everything i need in a phone and id be more than happy :P ...thats just me though lol

Re: Should i switch from touch to instinct
instinct is for the technologically challenged, i played with one and cant do 1/4 of what the touch can do but its a great "works really well out of the box like it should" type of device, which honestlly WM devices arent so famous for
if he wants something very limited yet simple, easy to use, and performs well out of the box then instinct it is. if he wants virtually unlimited possibilities at the expense of tweaks and mods to have it in tip top shape, then touch it is |
Re: Should i switch from touch to instinct
the instinct is a fun phone, but just the pury enjoyment of a wm phone be it the touch or the diamond is worth having because you can make it personal to your own liking.

Re: Should i switch from touch to instinct
if you dont want windowds than go for it since it is a nice basic phone but if you are a windows person like me than you wont want to switch over to java again.

Re: Should i switch from touch to instinct
The instinct is kinda like the iPhone, "fashion over function" to quote a particular news segment:) Like everyone is saying, its fun outta the box...but its gonna stay exactly like that for the life of the phone, VEERRRYYYY limited in customization.

Re: Should i switch from touch to instinct
The INSTINCT is no doubt a hit, but most likely anything with the mindows mobile logo is deffntly a knockout punch!!, stick wit the touch doggs.:viannen_07:

Re: Should i switch from touch to instinct
instinct is good if you wanna use the phone, sprint tv, opera mobile, news, move times and text message, if you wanna do anything more get windows mobile. As for the visual voicemail thinggy, if you wanna spend an extra $0.20 a minute for your voicemails you can definitely do that and get visual voicemail lol
