This is an awesome RAM reclaimer that I found on this site if you read Hebrew. Google translated page if you don't.

The name of the app pretty much sums it up. Although, it is a memory reclaimer similar to Oxios, it is much better in my opinion. It adds a couple of extra features, and it actually works on my pro. I'd had trouble with Oxios, and was looking for something better. Been using cleanRAM since v.8 really like it. It's latest version v1.0.1 works flawlessly and even allows you setup a customizable process list, specifying certain programs to clean. This app is a definite must have for low ram devices (i.e. mogul) and the RAM cleaning addicted.

Although, this app was specifically designed for the Diamond and Pro, it has been confirmed to work on the Vogue (thanks guitardoc64) and the Mogul (thanks dschoenike), as well as the Treo700wx and Treo800wx (thanks JAVIERBOND69).



The cab installs 2 programs in your Programs folder. cleanRAM is the actual program you run to clean up your ram.

cleanRAM config lets you set up what level of purge you want. (pic on left)
You can even setup a customized process list, which lets you select specific programs to clean, as well include a level 1 purge. (pic on right)

Level 1- Cleans stuck software without resetting the interface, fast (less than 5 seconds)
Level 2- **recommended** - Thorough cleaning to maximize performance, (time: 10-15 seconds)
Level 3- Maximum clean up and includes everything (services), slow (about 30 to 45 seconds)



If you are updating from a previous version, soft reset after uninstalling the old version before installing this one.

Description:
htcAddicts developed a very useful tool for HTC Touch Diamond/Pro called "cleanRAM".
The cleanRAM attempts to release as much memory as possible without damaging the internal state of the Windows Mobile device. it'll refresh/recover your device RAM.
This can save you a lot of SOFT RESET!


Configuration Menu:
There are 3 levels of cleaning and Personally customized processes list.

Level 1 - Basic purge only (quick) - Close non-responding tasks without TouchFLO 3D interface
Level 2 - Quality purge - Recommended for best performance
Level 3 - Fundamental purge (time-consuming) - Reset non-responding tasks and services
Personally customized processes list - Select the processes you wish to close


Also you can find:
1. RAM status notification (in the end of the cleaning) (On/Off)
2. Restart Processes Mode (On/Off)
3. Show Hidden Processes (On/Off)

What's next:
1. Auto Schedule - I don't know if this feature possible but I promise to check it
2. Solve some memory small issue (Level 3)
3. Fix the shortcut problem after install (Solved!)


Installation Instructions:
1. Download the attached .cab file from .
2. Copy this file to some temporary folder in your device.
3. Execute it from your device (recommend you install to device memory).

* The cleanRAM will install into /Program files/htcAddicts.
* There is also a two links to "cleanRAM Config" (configuration tool) and "cleanRAM" (is the actual memory reclaimer) in the Start > Programs
