well if they aren't we should send them an invite or a newsletter or something......whenever i have issues that I need help with, I have to go through the long dredging process of finally getting to a level 4 tech or equipment specialist or whatever they call their 3 people company wide that seem to have an inkling of an idea of what they are talking about, and that only answer questions from lower "techs" through submitted messaging at their own leisure. HEY SPRINT, I'LL TRAIN FOR FREE IF YOU JUST NEVER LET ME SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO GETS CONFUSED WHILE TRYING TO EXPLAIN HOW TO GET TO "PROGRAMS" IN THE START MENU, WHEN I ASK A COMPLETELY UNREAFREAKINGLATED QUESTION!!!!!

yeah i wish i could find another job through sprint up here in michigan but they wont hire me for some reason... they always keep telling me there was more qualified people and im like bullshit!!! i got pissed and challenged one store that said that too a ppc-off and told them i would beat them all and they could fly in one person to save them as a wildcard person lmao..... they kicked me out of the store :<

thats society for ya, they prefer documents and diplomas on a caveman rather than cold hard hands on experience and skill....

i would be staight up running my local sprint tech store if it wasnt for that

i went with my buddy to replace his mogul not too long ago and actually was telling the tech person what to do cuz he was stuck with the setup and backup/restore process lmao

na its cool the reason i posted this is because i have this multiple ip and account creation mod.And what it will do is it will automatically put them a suspended user till i can validated them as legit members. But i been getting alot of it from the same ip and it turns out to be for the sprint corp center in Oklahoma .Long story short the member email me about why they are suspended.it turns out that the employees from sprint corp. will register to site like ours, so when they have technical issue they rely on us for help ,to better assist and answer questions to the customers. with technical issues, and in return they will refers them to us.

So that will tell you about sprint text book support compare to the actual technical issue we have with our mobile device.Which i know sprint can fix it..

So basically if this is the case then, i believe and i hope dashy follows along we have to be more tolerant and help them out and also enforce our policy too.we know who actually needs help and we also know who's bullshitting to test our knowledge.

one more thing we have to also watch to give out our secrets in public eye they will catch on to it.

i know that ours is built in via hack im just talking that one could track an ip with using google to research how to do so and what steps to take

talking from and IT perspective (and those in the field can attest to the fact) that google will get your ass out of a sticky situation but sprint doing that shit is not cool, also the fact that they pass on people because there are others more qualified for the position is total bullshit, i've been passed on many a times for positions that i'm well qualified to fill without being overqualified and just because they sense that you have a different mentallity "radical thinker" would stir up the coop so to speak! that ****ing sucks! d/\sh et all: i would be hard pressed to know/recommend a better, more knowledgable bunch than you misfits, but to get back on topic yes it would be helpfull to have somebody onstaff there to be able to take care of administrative red tape there at $print. ramble mode OFF, carry on

I thought ALL OWNERS, MODERATORS, STAFF, AND ADMINISTRATORS worked for Sprint!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, you guys know wayyyyyy more than these techs do and you have been mostly "self-taught" which is AWESOME!!!!

hahahahaha i did a have period where i did work a corporate office but i knew a lot of it before (1.5 years of Wckediden) and i owe Wckediden and my knowledge base all to google, forums, and asking questions

working for 12 years now. But hey, maybe i have got it all wrong. Why should you bust ass all your life and take pride in doing a good job when you can get paid and not have to anything other than take credit for work you didnt do yourself or even have the knowledge or expertise to solve in the first place, eh sprint?
