Free Brand New Touch Pro - Sprint
 

Hey all,

I know I don't post very much, but I do frequent Wckediden, I give rep and click installed when I get things so don't think I'm some sort of big leecher.

Anyway, I wanted to tell you all about my Sprint experience today.


I've had a Mogul for a while since they came out actually. It's a wonderful phone and all, but it's slow and when I saw Manilla 2d I had to have it. A few days ago my mogul died on me and I called to get a replacement one. I argued the point of getting a TP to no avail. The replacement came today only for me to find out it's broken as well! I called sprint calmly and explained what happened.
They said no problem and they would ship out a new mog- Oops, no moguls in stock.
"Sir, have you ever heard of the touch pro?" is what I got.

"Yes, I've seen it in the store a couple times" Trying to hold in my excitement.

"Well it seems we don't have any refurbished ones in stock either, so I'm going to ship out a brand new in box touch pro for you today."

So I'll let you guys know when that gets here to see if Daniel with tech support was telling the truth.

Just figured I'd share!

Yup the same thing happened to me in the store the tech said he was ordering me a new mogul and it came all jacked up so went back to the store and the tech then says well no more moguls in the warehouse only touch pros and 2 days later a new pro in the hands

Well it was submitted at like 4pm. So I'd bet Wednesday. But oh well, even if it takes a month it's still a free TP.

EDIT: (Can't find an edit button) My father just got a brand new Touch Pro as well!
(He had a Mogul as well) Just by calling in an saying I had gotten one, free of charge.

UPDATE:

Well, me and my father got them on wednesday.
I've already installed mighty rom, and a bunch of other apps and I love it.

It's the mogul x15million.
Thanks for all the awesome lists and roms you guys. Wckediden is amazing!

(Now just waiting for the Pro2.... damn you htc)
