[ ISSUE SOLVED ] A Few questions for the Touch Pro
 

Ok Here are some questions that I have for my new Touch Pro (Sprint)
1. Any where for a signature on Text Messaging?
2. Any way for more than 160 wordsper text message?
3. Any way to turn off ActiveSync?
4. Can you customize your ringtones for text messaging?
5. Any way toturnthe little light that flashes around the directional pad off?
This is my first Windows phone so your working with a noob when it comes to Windows Mobile. Thanks Guys! And if you can give me any suggestions to make my transistion better im all for listening!

Is there anyway that I can send my contacts to my phone from my pc? I have them in a excel program from sprint when i exported them but dont see a way to import them into then Pro?

Texting menu button option is where the signature is

Go here for tweaks for your phone Your ringtones and texts go to setting/ sounds and notifications

To get your contacts on your PC your active syn an connect your phone to your pc.

i didnt want to start a new thread and since this deals with pro questions im guessing its allowed to post here

the ipod touch and iphone can take a picture of what u are currently looking at such as the background with the app icons, can the htc touch pro do this or is there any software that could do this. i searched and was unsuccessful.

what do you mean? are you talking like whatever your camera is pointing at that the background will be? if so than as of yet it isnt possible on the touch pro or the diamond... there is a youtube video but it is a fake

yes through registry and closing this thread until you ask in the correct place..... this thread has been answered and will be marked as solved... you cant hijack random threads and than just ask random questions in threads that dont hav anything to do with what you are asking....
