Yea man, been waiting for this movie for a while now. I think the coolest part is the capsule vehicles. Look like transformers.

I'm a dragonball fanatic and I dont think the movie is gonna truly capture it's essence.. but I can't wait to see it.. (hopefully by downloading it from here).. but i'll still probably go see this one in the theaters..

lolz just watched trailer and youde think with the technology of today they would teach the japanese to actually say there part instead of the whole japanese fake talk thing with english voice over lolz...

i wanna see how this movie turns out... i am a dbz fan but i doubt that they can really deliver dbz with real actors, they would have to make the fight scenes in fast foreward for it to be as fast as the animated ones lol, power ups, super saiyan shit etc. but since its dragonball and not dragonball z, they got it easier cuz it was before all that. oh well ill still see it anyways...

Yeah been waiting for it too , just have to keep in my mind that it is a adaptation of the anime so it not go exactly the same way. But as the Director see's the story lol.

Ehh, I dont know.. not too enthusiastic about this, just because I know, I will not get the comparison out of my mind...and will ultimatly, undoubtedly be disappointed.... Still, i wil see it, but you just know it wont be true to the stroy of feel of the DB universe... still looks like a fun movie... id prolly enjoyed it more if the had changed the name and characters names, so that I would see it as its own entitiy, rather than tacking it on to the anime

And seriously.... who did the casting on this? Ima fan of Chow yun fat... but as master Roshi? And Goku?...really?! I can buy Bulma... but damn yahll couldnt make her hair blue... and just play it off as her own fashion style as that is a part of the major trends these days anywayz... especially in Japan...IMO

lol same here...as long as it aint as bad as the freakin street fighter movie that just came out..wow that think sucked bad...but hey if the characters in the movie manage to have the same awesome hair like in the anime version then that would be good enough for me lol

i didnt even know they made a street fighter movie until like 2 days after it came out so i knew it was gonna blow plus the preview looked like a random low budget movie that should have went straight to dvd at least it looks like they put some money into this dragon ball movie

i've always had reservations about movie adaptations, some are good but usually are bad, REALLY bad! and being a die hard anime fan doesn't help matters much in this case specially when theres an Akira adaptation cooking also! UGH! ( i think i threw up a little in my mouth) pardon my skepticism but these kind of things should just be left alone, transformers has been the one redeeming example but this has dissapointment written all over it... that said, i still can't wait to see it!! it like watching a train wreck, a lion catching its prey, a shark chomping off someones leg, dogs humping... you just cant look away!!!

well i just finish seeing the bootleg version. trust me you dont want to see it. the worst acting ever! I seriously scanned through most parts because it was so boring and cheesy!
I never had high hopes for this movie, I knew it would be a disaster!!
