all you have to do is install throttle lock and than once you do that go to start/ program files/throttle lock/ and than overwrite the files using your file explorer of choice.

are you serious about the 15 posts? I am slightly confused. I have the throttle lock software, and tried to download a .rar file from rapidshare, but it doesnt work.

well you have to get 80 psots to be able to see the vip stuff so thats the goal to strive for......

hey there TL themes are not that hard to make .... there is a tutorial to learn about it
