Canadian Phones
 

Hey guys, I have been looking around on this site for about a full 6 hours now and i have yet to figure out what service is gsm in the states. I have a rogers AT&T htc touch, which happens to be GSM. What rom is best used for customafizing it?

Hi well usa its almost all cdma models whe have a few custom roms for touch gsm bud its best you search at xda the have lots of gsm roms i use touch essential 4.2 liter from there oke bud for all apps themes you come to Wckediden

thanks hopefully i'll be able to get it to work. Hopefully you silly southerners will upgrade to gsm soon so i don't have to go through eight million different websites for one mod.

Just kidding it was only six million sites.

upgrade? you are on 3g max and we have rev a and soon to be wimax. your internet speeds on your devices are comparable to 56k dial-up modem while us cdma guys have DSL speeds. also our networks are more stable.... its time for you northerners to upgrade to cdma... also safer in case you lose your phone or someone steals it.... they steal it and you call it in stolen the phone can never be used again... with gsm they pop a new sim in that beast and it is ready to go.... so it also prevents theft to an extent.

and so was i... i dont understand why people have to be so sensative all the time..... i do a lot of joking and you will know that when your around more....... you will know when im serious for sure but just loosen up bro and dont take things to heart or you wont last here or at any forum for that instance.
