yea like any other new technology its going to be pricey.once they meet the quota ,to what it cost for the development and they made that money back, then it'll go down.

eh if i recalled microsoft surface has been in development and all that way longer its just itable is trying to beat them to release to people. what made me lol was them saying ultimate gaming machine... mac's aren't for gaming. it will be cool however for graphic design because its basically one big tablet. you can replicate this exact thing for like 2 grand just buy a wacom cintiq 21 ux same thing just doesn't have multitouch

I would buy that just to play freaking warcraft with my hands like that one of my favorite games. Wonder if invisible sheild will make a screen protector for that thing haha.

Yeah, MS Surface adds a few toys too as it uses the camera based surface recognition and wireless tech. It recognizes not only touch, but when something is placed on it.

Okay, I made the mistake of saying something and hubby had to come see. Geez. Went to their website, and google checkout doesn't work anymore, but no pricing available, oops - so sorry, can't be a father's day present. (I don't think so, I am so broke I can't pay attention!) Did some more looking, and it's an overlay, 1 year warranty, they can make one for up to 50" I did find one blurb about it that put a pricetag on the overlay with software for $2400. That's just for the overlay. You already have to have a 32" or larger LCD for it to go onto. PQ Labs is supposed to be making an iTable, but no pricing available on it. Did more looking and found a 100 plus inch touch screen that had been reformatted to be an air hockey table. Technology is AWESOME!
