HTC weather issue
 

The weather Tab seems to not work on my phone now. It does not show the listed locations, and when I try to add new locations it does not have the United States listed as a location. Have any of you had this problem before?

also if i go to the accueweather site and try to add the location it says that the location is already added to my phone.

So far to try to resolve the issue, i set the theme back to default using tf3d, and when that didnt fix it, I uninstalled tf3d which still did not resolve the issue. Reciently i have installed the blueeye theme, and the dirty paper theme. When I installed the blueeye theme it had some issues, and would hang up when I opend the keyboard so that may be what has caused this issue as well. Im currently running the original theme.

Hmm so is your weather working now that you have the original theme running?

no its not, it still does not have the option to select the united states, and its still telling me that I already have my location added to the phone.

Another Theme i tried was the carbon theme which uses cab files could that have caused this?

Ok try this click on another city see what happens ,and the cab for the carbon theme did not hurt anything im sure.

it will add other cities, just not anything from the US...

It will add cities from other countries but not from US,maybe you did add your city and its not on the right screen when your on the weather screen did you know you can scroll up and down to view other citys you added.

Yea, i know that, it doesent have any cities on there for me to scroll though. and down on the menu bar my only option is add city.

Wish i coulc help you bro but idk whats causing that to happen ,get on a lil later when the big dogs are out of work im sure they will figure it out for you .

I hope so, I have some backups, but i dont really want to lose my contacts and text messaeges that I have on my phone becuase those backups are from a week ago.

Use a backup application found here bro do the search that way when you have to do a hard reset you wont lost anything.Oh another thing is when someone helps you out you gotta make sure you hit the THANKS BUTTON the red button on each post,ppl work hard around here to help.Thanks

all he needs is the htc weather fix and that will add all the cities that he needs.

When I first got my phone it did have the cities that i needed, and i added them. today they are gone as well as the option to select anything in the united states. do you have a link to this fix?
