Vibration seems broken
 

Has anyone experienced this I noticed my vibration wasnt going because thats all I ever have it on and noticed I missed about well 10 call ans messages in one day and got to wandering what was going on. So I poked around in all the settings and its all fine tried soft resetting and noticed it made a small click sound just one click when I restarted instead of the normal buzz and then I noticed that it would every once and awhile do it for the notifications but nothing more than just one click.
So I think its broken or catching on something has anyone had this problem and fixed it and if so how hard was it to fix. I would send the phone in for a new one but I have an Inivisble shield on it that well didnt get mess up when I installed it and love it to death and dont see the sense in having to buy a new shield. I dunno let me know what you guys think it would be greatly appreciated.

well... the best way to tell would be to do a HARD RESET and then see if the device vibrates.... if it does not vibrate, i think its safe to say your device is defective. In any case, you can bring it in the store and they will fix or repleace it as it is still under warranty....good luck

word.. but doesn't that depend on if he has insurance on his plan or not?? a lot of stores wont LOOK at your phone unless your covered... if a hard reset doesn't work and u don't have insurance.. call sprint get it on your plan and then go to the sprint store and do what you gotta do..

Hahaha, nah man thats just you. Your RED FLAGGED at all sprint stores, so they wont look at YOUR shit. LOL. He'll be ok, if it is defective, they will hook it up, they may charge him a lil though if he doesnt have insurance.

haha I actually sell sprint phones I have that wonderful $20.00 employee plan so I splurged on the insurance. The thing is though im not sure if we actually have any service centers in the area. I would just have to send the phone away :( And I think for a replacement it would cost me $100.00 because of the price of the phone I think they just reworked the whole insurance thing like that :( I would almost be tempted to give it a whack myself if someone has fixed this before and knows its do able.

and I think if I was going to hard reset I might as well flash the rom while im at it haha because I would be loosing alot of stuff that I have deleted the cabs for ughh right haha. So how this Wckediden rom working in that case? Dont want ot get off topic so just yeah you like it or wait on it?

Just call up sprint tell them there arent any stores in the area the tell them you want a replacement!

would that get me a free one or would I have to pay the deductable. I usually try not to handle that stuff when I have someone come into our store I refer them to the next town over its to much of a headache.

well then if the hard reset didnt fixed it, then you get the next for free, as it seems to be a hardware issue. and that Wckediden(atr3) rom is the shi*!!!just so you know.

yeah it is pretty slick sense I hard-reset I went ahead and flashed it too haha. It is pretty nice but there is some getting used to it.

It had better be free or I will be pissed like in Im going to burn down each one of teh CEOs houses.
