Weird memory card
 

Idk whats up with my memory card but one day it just stopped reading files on my card and when i insert it in my phone it says (do you want to format this card to make it readable?) I click yes the a message comes up saying that the storage card has been successyfully formated but its still not showing up on the phone i even tried to format it on the computer its still not working and i know its not the phone because i tried it in a diffrent tp!

Maybe you messed bro did u disconnect it while it was running?That could be y .

sounds like a corrupted card.... could be shot.

he said the card worked on another TP so it isnt the card. Did you try the card on another TP and it read the card? If so, it Sounds like the card readers drivers are screwed up on your phone.. you may want to back up and HR and see if that fixes it or maybe flash to another ROM.

he said he tried it in a different touch pro and still no luck so i feel it is the card... unless i misunderstood what he was saying above...

If ur having the same problems just do what dash said install it on another phone see what happens if its broken theres prolli nothing u can do about it .

I said that i put then card in another phone and it dident work so te cards busted i guess but anyone got any spares laying around?

I also had some issues before with sd cards.

But not with my mobile phone.

I hope u can fix the problem.

Maybe its how its been formatted,fat32 etc.

This is what someone recomands bout using sd cards...
I recommend not formatting that microSD card on your computer. Many devices will refuse to read any SD or microSD card that's been formatted on a computer system regardless of the file system. Thus, if your end use of that microSD card is a PDA or a digital camera, I strongly recommend formatting it in the actual device that you're going to use the card in.

Maybe it's to late now, but try to format your card with a full format in fat 32, not a quick format, on your pc. You will lose all your data. Then check if you can see the card on your pc. Happy thrills ET
