sd compatability
 

i had a vogue which i bricked trying to unlock. fortunately, i had TEP. got a new tpro. question is: since i backed up everything on my sd card before i tried the unlock, can i just throw the card in the touch pro or do i have to pull everything off it and reformat.

i ran pimbackup and put everything on the storage card. so programs, not too many, pics, vids, music, contacts, calender. i guess most of the stuff i have on my pc already. just wondering if i could throw the sd card in the pro and everything will be fine? thanks again!

Should be fine bro try it ,is not like ur gonna ruin ur card bc u put it in ur touch pro .

ya, i will. i'm just paranoid about it. i bricked my touch and i've been without for about 3 days and it's killing me. i would've never guessed i was so dependant.

itll work fine... I made the same upgrade and simply popped in my 4gig from my vogue to my touch pro and it was fine... only problem is you wont be able to use the apps an cabs u have save on it, cause theyre all qvga and touch pro is a vga device... ull need to dl the vga version of most of those apps... but ur pim data, music and stuff will work fine...
