Touch Pro screen
 

i have a sprint touch pro,, i flash a custom rom, and then installed the acresoft from sprint,, now my screen is messed up,, it scrambles,, the text will be over each other. when i go to youtube, the i can't even watch because the screen one will be in the right then in the left, then mixed,, but when i go to the main screen "Home" or when i go to other menus, it's fine,, anyone with the same problem??? any suggestions?? can anyone help???:connie_mykilroy:

i never heard of this happening before..... what rom did you place arcsoft on?

Like DASH, I've never heard of this either. But, it is possible that if you installed Arcsoft on a ROM that already had Arcsoft, that it messed things up. Doesn't usually happen that way cause the phone should warn you about any unnecessary installations, but what the hey, consider that and tell us what ROM you running.

i had the mighty rom 14.6.. and to get the mms working, i read that i should install the acrsoft so i did, but then i tried to flash another roms, 4 different ones, but still have the same problem,, is there anyway i can delete the acrsoft from my phone, or format the phone... thanks for ur help guys.

what are you talking about... whats the problem that you are having....... and the roms wont have it built in you have to use the newest cab to get it working and once that is installed it works like a charm...... and since you are installing the arcsoft cab that means you are on the sprint service am i correct?

If you installed a cab, then you should be able to uninstall it from Remove Programs in your Settings. And every time you flash your phone, you should be hard re-setting, which is as "formatted" as it's gonna get without going to a stock ROM. At any rate, might want to post some screen shots.

i know i should be more clear. my phone is sprint,,but i flashed it to work with metro,, everything was fine after flashing mighty 14.6 rom,, to get the mms working, i had to install the acrsoft and registery edit some strings,, after that,, my phone starting messing up.. i'll post the images tonight,, so the screen in the "home" is fine,, everything works fine, till i go to write a text message,, or go in the web,, anything that has letters, or playing video,, it starts moving around,, and it makes it hard to write a message or watch a video,, i tried hard reseting the phone, but no luck,, i don't think it was a cab,, because when i go to remove programs,, i can't see it..
