if you are talking about the last picture that you see before the phone shows up then you just have to rename it "welcomhead.192.png" and then copy and paste it into the windows directory using resco file explorer or total commander and choose to overwrite the file, soft reset and you should see your new boot screen

Yeah that I know that...Remind you I am running on a New Custom Rom. Every time I copy or move to the windows folder. It never tell me to overwrite it. Mean I am doing something wrong.

you need to use total commander or resco file explorer.... the stock file explorer will not let you overwrite rom files........ and to get rid of the error and be able to get into the locked area you have to join the group members software... link can be found in my signature below.

what? no im telling you the steps you are doing are right you have to use a program called resco file explorer or total commander to allow the overwrite of rom files... the stock will not allow.... thats all that can be said on this... there is no other way to really put it if you dont get it this way..... let me know if you get it.... you can find the apps that you need here by using the search feature to the right of the banner.... i use resco file explorer myself.
