creating a blog or site
 

Every1 in this site prety smart so i had to come here for help.
I wanted to create a blog or a site for the town i live in nothing major.
the theme of this is i go around taking pics of wats happening around town people,events. i wanted to post the newest styles wats hot,partys and so on.and have somewhere people put up things to sell in town, and blog.
my focus is mostly on young people from 16-24the high school and college level.

I need help a get started kit how to do this please and thanks.:glasses1:

well what type of layout are you wanting? forum? myspace style? the blog here? need a little more info before we can fully help you. also do you have a computer set aside that will work as a valid server computer with the correct specs and windows server on or applicable server os on there?

like a forum theres this site kanyelive.com i like the way its set up in the front page it has recent news wit pics to the right recent post and the links to diffrent things are on top. my guardian is rebuliting my laptop i have a comp in my room and i can use the laptop for the this project not sure what a valid server computer is the correct specs and windows server on or applicable server os is.

you will need a desktop as a server a laptop would overheat wayyyy to fast. but anyways look at phwckedb im pretty sure they offer a free forum and you should be able to add a blog page.
