Board Skin Addition and Changes
 

New skin added and new features added if you notice the default skin is the black and red.If you scroll the bottom of the page to your left will be multiple square color boxes.click on those boxes and the color of your board will change.you can also change them thru your user control panel under options.

Before any one ask I'm working on the dark skin since its not my favorite color i left it for last but has been requested alot so hang in there till i get it done for you guys.

that purple looks really nice if you ask me but using the red right now myself for the first time..... pretty nice and i like all the features of the skin wcked..... and where is the black one hurry the **** up hahahahhahahahah just messing and thanks again boss.

hahahaha this one is not easy i have to find a good gradient to match it up with the dark if any one can help me i can attached the file so you know what is it i need...

i really like the skin changes wcked, and actually the new layout makes it easier for navigation for the noobs.

did you clean up the board also?? i see that lot of the top posters numbers went waaaayy down...

hahahaha no one is cheating...i received pm about it too !!! but as most of you guys know we have the thank you system for a while.When i removed the old skin out and i was ready to activate the new one's, Of course i had to rebuild or what we call clear cache and becasue a lot of post was either deleted or moved to recycle bin that will bring the numbers down to the actual post you have.

Trust me guys this is a issue that i have using this board.The only way to eliminate this issue with the thank you system is to deactivate it so when someone thanks a person even though you'll still get reputation points but not the post count.

let me know !!! I'll deactivate it. if you see jr's he's no where on top.

hi bro wel for me you can deactivated the thanks hack so the post count is real and is base on what whe releas daly or weekly think thats way better just my 2 cents of it

Lookin good so far, missing the tech trends dark but this is def. easier to navigate for the noobs....keep it up....and werd mike didnt know thank you's counted as post...wonderin how people went from 0 post to 5000 in a few weeks.

lol..no prom i figured to re-work it from the old one.. lot cleaner too. The only issue i have to do is to make certain images transparent or find something that blends in...

damn wcked those tabs looking good now :) can see them on the black skin without troubles and damn do they look sexy!! i love this black theme :) (jsut gonna take a while to get used to not having the side menu but owell)

loving the new additions and changes but dear God, my pupils cant take much more of this WHITE SCREEN!!! INSOMNIADDICT here, remember? I'm nocturnal in almost every aspect of the word. Consider me officially on the dark theme request list. LMAO............I know you've been working your ass off on this and it looks great keep up the great work.

haha, I was wondering the same thing, It's a little disorienting at first but I'm digging it and lovin the new dark theme

I was wondering where that side bar went...I thought I disabled it in my UserCP, glad I'm not going crazy lol


BTW, thanks for all your hard and amazing work wcked, not tryin to be a suckup or anything but you and your dedication to making the site easy to navigate and sexy looking are some of the main reasons that Wckediden is the best PPC site in the world

yea with the tab buttons we dont need the side bars anymore everything noobs and members need is with a click of a button,which its is a lot easier now.

the dark skin was alot trickier to set up because of the images and i was trying to blend it in..that's why i decided to rework it from the old one.

but if you guys see any errors or image missing let me know.In firefox i cant see it but i know in IE you can.

As a noob I liike the new layout and found myself changing colors all the time. Back in black yeah. Awsome work wcked really like the new look. Thanks to dash as well as I would have never found the black skin to begin with.......fng haha

hahahah I'm not much into dark skin.and that's why it was neglected for a bit.But because it is largely requested i figured to re-work it and get it over with.

ok members and staff I'm done haahahha ok the all skin is done at 100% all errors that i found is fixed i checked it both ie and ff.For the dark skin i did my best to get the images rendering properly to blend in.If you notice any errors or images that is missing..you'll notice it if you are using Internet Explorer let me know I already checked the tracker log to see and i got what i could.

hahahahhaha very noce and thank you kind sir once again for all the hard work you do here for us on keeping ius top of the line.... now that this is all done we just have to wait for the new version of the board and you will be at it again..... enjoy your break since we dont know when vb will be releasing it or at least i dont haha

hmm i not sure if i'm going to upgrade to version 4 yet i may wait a year.I've been doing alot of reading and for what i understand alot of the hack or mod will not work properly or may not work at all.They completely re-worked the program.

I've seen the picture of how it looks, and it looks neat they are implementing alot of features that its off the hook like the widgets and cms system and couple more.

I'm going to wait on that. though :connie_mykilroy:

hahaha nice and dont want to hgave problems and upgrade early either since that could screw any forums... i like the decision that you have made and i dont think many major sites will be changing over for a while to make sure that all the bugs are worked out first :)

i don't think so many have said they not switching over at all.and few developers is not going to continue the development for the 4.0 they are sticking with the 3.8 so that tells me alot...so i guess i stick to this one. lol
