Hey everyone,
After testing enough its time to release.
Lets keep it simple.

here is the file

For touch x rom
Rotastrains crystal touchx edition.cab

For touch-it roms and all other
Rotastrains Crystal Transparency with clock.cab

What you get with the crystal transparency

Heres a Video



1>The crystal edition aims at making ur screen transparent.More transparency means the more you can see ur panoramic background!!

2>You get completely transparent sliders.Top and down.

3>The slider is a unique creation and is ahead of all other transparent slider.I have not given up where other people have failed.The uniqueness is that when u slide on ur icons there is no pop up icon on the icon bar.So the slider gives the effect of being completely tranparent.But at the same time.Ur big icons in the centre do appear.So u dont loose out on ur icons!

4>All icons are transparent.I have used my favourite icon pack.

5>It works in all menues like contacts,music..

6>Clock is completely tranparent

7>And of course the good old panoramic background!!

I hope you enjoy it as much as i do!

FUTURE UPDATES INCLUDE:

1>A customized menu selector.
2>Have you ever noticed hw messy the screen gets when sliding?The earlier tab..the new icon ..the text..blah..

Yes the background picture can be changed, for those of you who are starting to ask. You will find a number of backgrounds already posted for it in this thread through the pages by a number of member.All of them are my favourite.

If you want to make your own image.Heres a short tute:
There are three files.Each file is 512 X 512 pixels.
The first file contains the first 512 X512 of your picture.
The next file contains the next 512X 512 and the last the third part of your picture.
.I have uploaded a picture underneath to explain what i am trying to say along with the file names
.Open the files in manila editor and replace the pic with your own.

I installed the "For touch-it roms and all other

came up..looks good..got a pic of a car in panoramic view. . .

But my tabs were gone and I could not change the background image (the car).
I looked for an interface and searched my files for a folder but I found nothing . .
what am I missing? Should I even be putting this on here?

I doubt my rom(mighty reborn) or my carrier (alltel) could be the problem but what do you think.

I bet its bc ur running mighty reborn it clearly says in the rom thread use lil rico themes only

you are right it does say that...I have gone out of the suggested theme's and run a few like the batman.theme and a Japanese.theme which are not lil rico. I guess I have just been lucky..maybe...?

any other suggestions?
or maybe even a suggested fix?

The only thing i can think of is did u uncheck touchflo 3d and soft reset

Works excellent on my Touch Pro (sprint). Very responsive in both panoramic and landscape and not laggy at all. I recommend disabling TF3D before installing cab for those having problems with it.

Oh and BTW I noticed this is on TF3d and not TF3D2 im using TF3D2 so i guess it works for both.

as already syayed above it will not work you will hasve to use lil ricos themes for the myghtyrom.

Sorry nothing yet man, I had to do a HR because while messing around and trying different things it wigged out on me. its weird but just weird enough for you to be totally right about it being a rom issue.

I know I was pushing my luck, I knew about lil rico but iv added other themes not rico so I thought I could get this to work....but ill keep this little beauty in mind when i flip to another rom ....thanks on last time

Super slick looking theme! When I loaded it to my diamond the panoramic portion works but the cool crystal effect doesn't. I haven't done anything else to my phone as I just got it replaced so no new roms or features or anything. What should I look at to get this going the right way?

Can I use this with the Starrom 2.0 that I'm using? If so, which version of it do I use, the "touch x" or the "all others"?

New to the TF3D themes, just got the TP, so learning..........sorry!

I would venture to say you would be fine with the "all others"
Im not 100% aware of what starrom has but read the starrom posts and as long as you dont see anyone having problems with themes and it does not say "ONLY USE so-and-so THEME" you should be fine.

Excellent theme! It looks great, and runs so smoothly!
The only thing I can't get to work, is when I change the manila files and put them back into the windows folder, the background image becomes just pure white, meaning I can't see any fonts.
It means i'm stuck with the car picture or nothing!
It's really frustrating me, because I love this theme so much, and would look great with the trees style background like in the photo!

I'm using a HTC Diamond2 - not sure if maybe manila goes strange with this?

Any help would be MUCH appreciated! :D

I can fix that for you....g0 post the mainlla files here and i can get them to work....pretty sure.

That car is not my favorite and I had to follow the links all over XDA to find out how to fix your problem. But I found a fix and would happily give it a shot for you:highfive:

I really want to apply this, but I am a newb. Will this work with the AT&T Fuze? Is there a difference (in relation to this theme) between GSM and CDMA phones? Which of the two cabs do I use?

if you want the compplete look you are going to need all.... the names of the attachments are the contents for the theme.

Well I installed both cabs.

First, set the TF3D theme to default through Diamond TF3D Config. Restart.
Disable TF3D
Install the TouchX cab. Restart.
Enable TF3D. No tabs, no buttons, and an offset background featuring part of a red car.
Uninstalled the TouchX cab, restart.
Enable TF3D, everything is normal except my custom city is gone from the weather database.
Disabled TF3D, restart
Installed the clock cab file, restart
Enabled TF3D, still no tabs or icons, same background issue.
Disabled TF3D, uninstalled, restarted, enabled TF3D, back to normal.

Applied my previous theme through Diamond TF3D config, used the database editor and got my custom city back.

AT&T Fuze, bloatware removed using the hard reset method, stock other than that.

i've d/led the cab w/o the clock and both cabs are corupt with i extract them. can someone repost??

i finally got a good copy of the cab file. but i can't change the background pic. i saw where other users had the same issue and i re-added the manilia files, soft reset etc. but my phone doesn't like the files.

i saw on xda, where the developer has changed some of the issues, but i don't want to lose the home sceen in manilia.

has anyone found a fix for this? i spent all night last night working on it but i can't seem to find a happy medium....
