Is there a way to disable Notes function during a call
 

I'm so tired of accidentally pressing the notes button when i'm talking to someone on the phone. Without having to always turn off the backlight by pressing the power button, is there a way to disable this function, maybe by installing a cab or editing the registry somehow?

yes there is a way...i dont have it infront of me right now..but somewhere in your phone settings you can disable the touchscreen function while you're on a call ..that way you dont accidently press anything ....i'll try to look for it real quick and get back to you on that...

I've been trying to search for a solution on this site and came across a program called "Touch InCall Screen Tweak"

I think I might try that out but if you figure out how to change the touch settings please let me know! Thanks!

i actually used this program before and had problems with it on my pro, it kept freezing when i would receive a call but maybe u will have better luck...........

that program will not work for that... its made, actually to keep the backlight on, not turn off the touchscreen, which doing so may actually be a hinderance in the long run, as sometime you may need the on scren keys while on the phone, i.e voicemail access, or to activate speaker phone etc....

what I would suggest is try searchin for a new phone dialer/phone canvas or skin one that doesnt have the notes function on screen...something like swcked phone suite, or resco phone dialer

The only time I have had problems with notes is when I took out the stylus during a call. It automatically oipened the notes program. But this can be disabled in the setings menu. My favourite dialers are Inesoft Phone and Resco Contact manager and haven't had any probem since. They look great so perhaps a new dialer will help.

under the phone settings, under advanced there is an option and a box ..make sure box is unchecked for the notes being disabled during a call..
