Based on the T-Mobile Shadow (1) Neo Homescreen.
QVGA-Portrait only this time. Supports Showaco TitaniumWeather and Appstar Fave Contacts, etc. (see plugins supported in screenshot.)

WARNING: This overwrites your original cpr file and bronzeres.dll, so make a backup. I won't be responsible if anything goes wrong.

Installation:
1) Disable Titanium (Go to Settings>Today>Items and uncheck Windows Default)
2) Uninstall any previous versions of ATContacts andTitanium weather and Install my modified cab files for ATContacts and TitaniumWeather attached below (greatbal_ATContacts v0.98.CAB and greatbal_TitaniumWeather_QVGA.cab).
3) Install greatbal Titanium Shadow Neo Skin.cab (install all cab files in phone memory).
4) Enable Titanium in Settings.
5) Enjoy!

Here's the updated cab file for the Transparent version which includes all fixes and modifications for all supported panels as of 20 June 2009:

Supported panels/plugins:
1) CMyPhotos
2) CMusic
3) ATFavePeople
4) TitaniumWeather
5) CPhone
6) CText
7) CClock
8) CAppointments
9) CEmail
10) CVoicemail
11) Favorites
12) CLauncher

WARNING: This overwrites your original cpr file and bronzeres.dll, so make a backup. I won't be responsible if anything goes wrong.
Installation:

Total noob question. Themes are based on interfaces, not individual phones liked cooked ROMs, correct? So this theme would work on Mogul, TP, Vogue, ect as long as the interface was Titanium, right? I think I'd like to flash my Mogul with PDA's 6.5 ROM and install this theme. That should be possible, correct?

I'm wondering what it would look like if I used Ansel Adam's B&W wallpaper and this theme with transparency. Would the icons look cool in color on B&W background?

If you flash any of those phone to 6.5 you will have Titanium but the problem is that Mogul , Touch Pro and Touch Pro2 are different screen resolutions. So Mogul QVGA , TP is VGA and TP2 WVGA. So if this theme is made for all then yes other wise this theme is QVGA ......

yes but you do need a 6.5 rom installed on your phone since this is a skin for the titanium interface that comes stock on it.
