THIS MY SECOND TOUCH PRO! the first one the keyboard stopped working then the phone it self just froze up and never returned.Then i got the second one from sprint feeling good now and then i month later keyboard stops working.what the hell???!!!
I hate this crap! I'm wondering if i am doing something wrong because this can't be real!!! I am a master barber i don't have time to keep going back and forth to the store,and its embarrassing i have held HTC DOWN from the JUMP!! BUT THE FREEZING AND ALL THE OTHER CRAP IS GETTING TO ME NOW!

what rom you think i should flash with and even tho i know how to flash i would love to know the fastest and easiest way to do so? also kinda scared to put a custom one on with all the crap going on with the phone key board. i know it takes time but kinda busy at times in the shop so always on the go.

there is a tutorial that you can find located in my signature below as well as the tutorial section of the site.... that can be found at the link below:

and you can flash via pc and storage card those are the only two ways to do so and star rom 2.0 is killer atm and is the best one out in my opinion at this very time.

Well like everyone says here its all preference but there is 2 great roms out there that everyone is flashin 2 which is star rom and sss rom they can be found in the resource ,roms supported section and as far as flashing all u gotta do is read carefully bro and ull be good trust me it took me a year to flash but in the end its all worth it i thought it was hard but its very very easy

Yea bro when downloading a rom its always gonna be slow its a big file .Your gonna love it bro its well worth it let us know if u need more help

ok dowloaded the unlocker and after unzip then try to open i get error message i am updating the net frame work to see if thats it,but i have the rom ready to flash and go...damn i'm such a noob!..lol
and i did this with my mogul b4.

my cpu gives me error hen try to add the rom it sayes failde connection and i used the unlocker it took me 7 reebots to get phone back on. the screen was blank so i had no luck i think i'll go to the damn store head hurting

Alright so check this out , first i would like to apologize for taking so long to reply.... but moving right along so i got a next phone from sprint and was forced i repeat FORCED to take what they had at the sprint store which did not come in a brand new box ..it was in you know those small damn boxes that the damn refurbished ones come in and oh wait..i waited 4 days for it.REAL BULLSHIT!! SO NOW i get this one and its running like yyyeeeaahhh!!!!! SO NOW after lets say 3 MTF weeks my MTF key board starts the same shit again and now i"m friggin fed up bro!!! can't deal with this from HTC again rude bwoy!! mi nawh joke yah now!! mi vex, disgruntled,ridiculed,and yo mi feel fi just mash up dis blooclaut yah now star chuhh!!....ahem..excuse me sorry about the native out burst but I'm finished son RIGHT NOW i need a phone better than this that does the same and more **** that..talk to me bout that!!!

Unbelievable. Are you sure your not going to the Waterford lakes store on Alafaya Trail in Orlando?? That’s the same sh*t they pull there. I go through telesales and since I’v got a government account, I get treated like whole milk. I always get new in the box replacement devices.

nah i live in N.Y Brooklyn and this crap sucks...i will call them and trust me i will put my size 13 in there ass but also i don't know man htc starting to push me away they better do something fast before i go to a next brand of device..but what can match the touch pro right now and do better with speed and applications and hacking and just damn near everything plus my favorite they keyboard that always let me down as much as i love it? and oh yeah one major problem that the mogul never had was the battery life because the pro is the worst when it comes to that. i"m just lucky to have gotten all the battery's from the last pro's i had but still no damn help if the phone is crap or just my bad luck....shit i just might go to Verizon and yeah get me the damn i phone..what you think?!

LMAO! my mistake i"m angry bro..lol don't want to leave sprint but damn!! really embarrassing at work when my phone is not performing like the pro it is.Got my boys talking crap..i don't feel so bad because one of them just got the PRE last week Friday and had to get a new one yesterday because it froze up completely,yo i just need reliability and comfort in my damn phone right now!..WORD!

it sounds like total bs. u should call telesales and tell them whats going on. tp is availalble on att, verizon, and who knows where else. just say u want to cancel. ive been w/ htc since vogue and they've all worked fine by me. custom rom is the way to go.. when it comes to the tp and its keyboard.. i just wouldnt trust refurbs cause u know they were in there for screen probs or keyboard probs and its probably prone to happen again you know. i never settle for a refurb when it comes to a windows phone anyways.
