[ ISSUE SOLVED ] Touch pro
 

Hey Guys have a question about my pro last nite i charged my phone to 100% woke up this morning at 20% im running star rom usually i wake up and my pro is still on 100% or 90% what do u think it could be i have all the same programs as before havent add anything nothing is running?Could that be the end of the battery? Thanks any help well appreciated Wckediden.

This happened to me 2 days ago but Im on the SsS rom, i charged it at night to 100%, and the next day my phone was dead, so I put it to charge and it would not charge, which brought back memories of my Vogue when it broke and scared the $#1t out of me, so I pulled the battery out and pressed any button on the phone to drain any little power left, then put the battery back and restarted the phone, put it to charge again and it was just fine after that, hope this helps

Thanks for quick reply bro ,so another words u think i should take battery out or let the phone die then charge it again full see what happens .Thanks

yup the reason that it happens is with the pro it is known to freeze occassionaly during charge on stick and custom roms (who knows why) when this happens the phone will not turn out but will drain itself as if it was constantly pulling data which will drain your battery fast..... happened to me once wayyyyy back in the day but have been lucky and steered clear lately.... i wouldnt worry about it unless it startes happenning all the tme or way more constantly.

yes, but since you're phone will be with no power left, as soon as it restarts turn it off and let it charge for 10 mins, and then go back and check it's actually charging. If you don't turn your phone off in the first couple of minutes of charging time you're phone is just gonna restart over and over again. After it charges, make sure it connects to your pc too, if it does then the phone it's just acting up on you, if it doesnt' connect then you have a bigger problem.

Well my phone is fully charged now so as soon as or if it drains again im follow ur advice thanks bro

allow your device to drain throughout the day until the message for low battery and saving all your stuff comes up......

Just wanted to thank you guys for resolving my issue i followed up on what u guys told me to do and got my touch pro back ,battery life on it is great once again star rom baby all the way >>>>:yahoo:
