i would go into the repair center and tellthem that your battery is crap and you would like it swapped and they will walk into the back and get you a different one to use and maby even let you keep the one that you have since they dont want junk batteries..... i have never been turned down when asking for a battery if they have them in stock and they are usually pretty cool on things like that

OK so I went there to have them look at my phone they did not question me at all for the rom I had ( ATR ) they just made sure that the battery they were giving me was new and they told me if anything to come back. No questions at all about rom.

I know man good luck ... if anything talk to them and ask them if it is possible to get a new phone to eliminate the room for future problems ... just try your luck never fails

Dude, flash to stock before taking it in. Its not worth the risk. Thats all the reason they need to deny you from ever getting a replacment again. Sometimes they wont notice if its a custom rom, but it is definitely not worth the risk.

If you take it in with a custom, and you actually get a guy who knows what hes doing, all he has to do is put a notation on your account and you would be screwed.

i think as long as you have the wm os that came with the phone, you can do what u want brada..... its like getting an iphone and getting apps for it(not from app store)... the phones hardware is covered regardless.. this means.. if a hardware button doesnt work on a custom ROM, but it works on the stock ROM, this is NOT a hardware issue... if you installed apps on your phone, which technically you did, they have to warranty it... nowhere does it say the phone can not be warrantied if you install an app on it, unless the app is the problem and its proven... hope this helps.
