Call Dock Bar (Available in the market).
There is no difference to Call Dock Bar.

But you can use the two widgets together at the same time.
Use it together to manage 8 contacts.

if u click on contact and dont select quick call in settings u get a popup with call,sms or email .. and when u press call it only calls the mobile number.. unable to select what number u want to call .. like home .. for example or work ...

no good !
