This is an HTC Diamond CDMA ROM, based on Windows Mobile 6.5. The current build number and date can be seen in the title of this thread.

I always build my ROMs with three main goals.

• Eye candy.
• Speed!!
• Smoothness, consistency and good esthetics.

I preconfigure a lot of things in my ROM, because when I flash it on my phone, I want it ready to go, how I'd want it. So, expect the backlight to be set at the maximum brightness, the ringtone, sms/email and other notifications to already be set.

You will find a new ROM posted here every few days, as I always update them with the latest "ingredients" that come down the pipe, from either Microsoft or HTC. Because of that, I recommend learning to backup your settings with either Sashimi or UC (User Customization).


I usually make 3 versions of this ROM. If you don't see one in the download directory, it either means I haven't uploaded it OR I'm not making one for the current release yet.

Here are the different versions and what they mean.

• "Standard" includes the new TF3D2 (Rhodium Manila) along with the standard Windows Mobile 6.5 today plugin (Titanium*) and the Tachi dialer

• "Titanium" only includes the Titanium today plugin. No Manila in this version. This also includes the regular HTC dialer

You will find TWO core versions of each of the above versions.

One based on an the latest official windows build (currently 21864) and the other, built on the latest beta.

Currently the fast, stable, most bug free "official build" is 21864. I recommend you start with that first! :)

Tachi dialer disabler

Tachi disabler cab will disable the Tachi Dialer and enable the built in microsoft dialer. This however will disable calling from the TF3D, and possibly in texts and emails.
you'll have to do all your dialing from the dialer itself or the built in Contacts interface (on the start menu or the right softkey on the homescreen).

with this rom you don't have to add anything everything on this rom is complete and ready for use.. fast and easy manilla and it got in call recording microsoft to phone i mean it has everything... the only thing you need to add is probably stuff that you want extra.. very much organized and the folders are just sexy lol.. gotta use .cab files to change the theme...

if you want to take things that you have on start and put into utilities folder all you do is go into file explorer/windows/start menu/programs ....... then just move your programs back and forth and you can keep them organized like you like... and even though it says that certain programs won't work correctly THEY WILL...

hopefully this helps a few peoples... i love this rom i liked a few but this one is just lovely lol...

video call doesnt work on cdma devices and doesnt fully support or isnt unlcoked to support data and call at the same time

so i got another problem have been searching and i guess i can't find it for being so damn illiterate or something.. but i want to change the lock code on my rom and when i select the lock in setting tab it just locks then unlock.. no settings at all anyone got answer please help... girl going through phone and got a lot of raw footage NSFW.. type lol...

Start/Setting/Lock setup a pin code for your phone an set the time at zero minutes so it locks once the screens blacks out.

i'm checking this one out it looks about the same way... nothing much changed but from what i see pretty much the same but anyone have a clue what was changed?... maybe a few bugs huh?.. idk... will inform you guys later how it goes.. the only problem i had with the aug 6th rom was that it freezed when i used other than htc chargers but every rom does that right?...

my girlfriend uses this rom on her diamond & loves it. the new facebook integration works really good & she says its the prettiest setup she's had yet. dunno why she doesn't come comment on her own :D

this is by far the best ROM i've tried!! and i've been thru a few :) everything is so integrated and looks very nice and slick. no lagging, gets an A+ from me!! good job!! I guess i'll post a thread with a video!!!! lol

having the internal memory almost full does that effect the flow of this rom... cause i have like 3/4 of it full of stuff and i downloaded 1-calc and i have seen a crap load of lag now... any feedback?

it will create more lag on any rom since there is more for the device to search through to find what it needs...... so i would go through and clean out what you dont use if you wanst it running the fastest... having it full isnt going to hurt it in anyway but speed.

just installed this rom and wow it is my new favorite rom, it comes fully equipped lol i am having a problem tho installing diamond tf3d config, i understand ur suppose to delete the tweak file for it to work but even when i do that it doesnt work! any reason?

edit it by adding it under windows/start menu.programs.internet. drop skyfire in there. it will auto ask if you want as default browser...

on a side not i found i bug so far. msn weather doesnt launch from titanium weather(which i had to install)

but easy fix its in windows folder copy and paste it in programs folder under start menu. besides that only other issue i had was a wacky trail of icons under programs. but i think it was a side effect from updating my ppst from 1.53 to 2.34.I read similar results..its fixed by changing today like 20 times that fixed it self.

thanks for the help, i only use tf3d2 on this so i do not have a problem with weather, i am goin 2 try 2 rearrage the internet tab now thanks!! is the help u provided for tf3d2? or titanium

im sorry, im not havin any weather problems lol, im just trying 2 get skyfire as default on internet tab and im not sure how 2 activate the add to push buttons
