i want 6.5 but ive tried 3 other builds and now this one the only difference i see is ram space and smoothness. i believe there is a wm6.5 build the optimizes the htc mogul's performance

im using the pdajunkie rom and loving it so far and hasnt given me any troubles... i was actually told by a member here to give it a shot and havent turned back.... from reading and using its pretty much the NFSFAN 6.5 rom of the mogul.

did you use the search feature on the upper right hand side of the screen? i typed in titan rom pda and it was the first result.... please use the search feature in the future. also could ahve been found on the first page of the roms area from the roms tab just below the search feature

Thanks Dash, I have been triing to get my gurl to let me flash her Mogul for a minute now, and she would always tell me no. But after I showed her this video she finally let me flash her phone. and its running pretty smooth.

Dash,

Did you do any tweaks after you installed it? i have a brand new mogul that has never been used that i just updated to 6.5 using the link below, but its definitely not as fast. Seems you might have had some additional interface changes as well. Are there suggested enhances/apps for it? Thanks for the video!

MACscr, I have this rom on my gurls mogul, with maybe like 7-9 installed programs and it running just as fast as Dash's. Did u hardreset and take the battery out after u flashed?

yes i did a few tweaks but were mainly for battery besides one ofr speed and fluidity....... other than that he had all the others that i would change already included when he built the rom.... he did a great job on this rom in my opinion and it does run fast.... so i would suggest a hard reset and taske the battery out and see what that does for you. if that still odesnt fix the issue it may need a reflash just to be sure.

Thanks, that hard reset afterwards + taking out the battery really did make a difference. So how about that 1 speed/fluidity tweak you said you did?

Hey Dash,

I got a 262 update error when trying to run the upgrade. It stops at 0%. Any ideas? I have retried multiple times and even reloaded an older ROM first. My current ROM is 3.35.

well firstly you should post and introduction to our comunity here in the members introduction thread... there you can get the basic and all the need to know info on the site and on your device, from all of our member and staff... not to mention an approipriate welcoming...

next you should check my signature, or Dash or any other staff member signatures, for the flashing tutorial thread, there you will learn to properly flash your device...

now based off your post here its hard to say what the problem may be... u refer to a rom but not which rom? Has you device been unlocked for flashing? Basically we need more details, also posting a question like this would be better suited in the thread you got your rom from, so that the user there who are using, and may have experience w/ your issues can address the prob accordingly...

but at a quick glance... it looks like a connection error... make sure ur usb connection is fully tetherd and that your device is recognized by your pc through active sync... or you can try flashin from an sd card... you can find instruction on how to do that in the flashing tutorial i mention earlier

that looks awesome DASH. I cant wait to be able to do that with my mogul. i just recently got it. Have to wait until i get 15 post up to download anything but leaving comments like this is very good for me because i get to learn more about how it works. yeah cant wait to get the mogul smoothly running like yours

yes you have to have your phone unlocked still and than once you do downlaod the rom of your choice and than extract the nbh file from the ruu folder of the rom you downloaded and rename the nbh file to TITAIMG.nbh.... once you have it named exactly as i jsut told you take a 2 gig card or less and format to FAT32 on your computer than drag the nbh over there to the frshly formatted card. (should have nothing on there besdies the rom file) than place the phone in manual bootloasder nd followe the steps.

O.k. I flashed the rom without a problem. Or so I thought. When I unplugged my phone from the computer it ran for about five seconds then reset by its self and it does it about every five seconds unless plugged into the computer or on the charger. Can someone help me or lead me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

dont know why the double post..... and also sounds like you flashed the wrong version... you sure you used the mogul version and what does it say next to the R: in the lower right when booting?

thats a rom but since he isnt posting in the thread of the rom that he downloaded i dont know the version or if it was meant for his phone.... already asked him to ask all questions pertaining to the rom to that thread but we will see if he breaks the rules twice on that after being told.....

Here is a complete guide on how to flash your mogul...try flashing back to stock but lock it first then unlock again and flash custom rom again..also recommended to take battery out for a minute and hard reset after flash...hope this help..goodluck

its no worries but without knowing what one you downloaded you could have done a vogue version and roms only work on the specific device that they were made for..

i just flashed this rom on my aging mogul last night and so far so good, it feels like new again, thanx again Wckediden after 10+ rom flashes and many trials and errors i think i found the cool one.. :)
