fix remove icon issue
and new page,next page,preview page are almost done

1.add "delete link"
3.try to support the oreginal Titanium skin
now just support drkfngthdragnlrd's NeoTitanium Rev1.0a and QVGA only..

[how to use]
first download the zip and [6.5]kane159 CManilamenu beta1.cab file their are two files in it
Code:
1.needs to add this to your cpr.txt
2.[6.5]kane159 my work alfa 1.cab
2nd.add the code in the needs to add this to your cpr.txt to your cpr file in \windows
3rd. instill the cab file
4th. reboot your driver
5.use CHome editor to start up this plugin
6.instill [6.5]kane159 CManilamenu beta1.cab
7.enjoy

[knowing bug]
1.when you in your first page you use previous page it doesent switch to the lest page
2.next page is same as previous page

so all this really consists of is just adding apps to that launcher whic is shortcutted to the start menu for the 6.1 and 6.0 users? doesnt look that fancy to me and the same thing can be easily achieved many different ways in WAD
