so lets say I want to flash my phone all the time to try the new and old (I DO) but hate having to reinstall all my apps and setting so I do not do this. Would this fix my problem. Not worried about contacts calander and email, although those settings being saved as well would be sweet. Mainly worred about apps, speed dial, and those type of things. If this is the case, would it back up everything loaded to the phone or only apps installed to the card. And last but not least how much room would one back up take? sorry for the run...

Hi do you now this for android device right for wm use swcked backup or the ohter one sprite backup

you cannot use this to back up the whole rom than flash to a new one you will just back up all registry to the old rom thus flashing back ot the old one in easy words.... if you want to auto install your programs look at sashimi and for your others like emails, contacts, and calenders you can use dashwire, gmail, vayoo, microsoft my place, pim backup, etc....
